Canna Cabana
High Tide’s flagship retail brand Canna Cabana, launched in 2018, is the original one-stop shop for high-quality cannabis products and cutting-edge consumption accessories at unbeatable prices. Canna Cabana is the largest cannabis retailer in Canada and is the second-largest cannabis retail brand globally, with over 220 locations operating in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
In 2021, Canna Cabana became North America’s first cannabis discount club retailer, establishing itself as the ultimate destination for value-focused cannabis customers and leading the conversion of legacy market consumers. This has enabled Canna Cabana to capture a leading 12% market share³ across the five Canadian provinces where it operates. Canna Cabana also boasts the largest and most robust bricks-and-mortar loyalty program in the country, with over 2.58 million Cabana Club members. In November 2022, we launched the first-of-its-kind paid-membership program in cannabis, ELITE, the next evolution in our innovative discount club model, which now exceeds 162,000 members in Canada, further solidifying the loyalty loop with our Club members.

Remexian Pharma GmbH
Founded in 2018 and headquartered just outside of Berlin, Germany, Remexian Pharma GmbH is a leading pharmaceutical company built for the purpose of importation and distribution of high-quality medical cannabis products sold at affordable prices. Remexian operates from a fully certified EU GDP warehouse and holds one of the most diverse import licenses among all German medical cannabis procurers, covering 19 countries including Canada, which represents approximately 33% of total imports into Germany.
High Tide acquired a majority stake in Remexian in September 2025, marking the Company’s entry into Europe’s largest federally regulated cannabis market. Since the acquisition, Remexian has demonstrated strong momentum, generating $25 million in revenue during its first full fiscal quarter, and growing its share of total German medical cannabis sales to 10.3%⁴. The German medical cannabis market imported a record 201 tonnes in calendar 2025, a 176% increase year over year⁵, and Remexian is well positioned to continue growing alongside this expanding market.
With High Tide’s deep Canadian procurement expertise and relationships, the Company is leveraging this platform to increase the supply of high-quality Canadian medical cannabis into Germany and to explore further international expansion opportunities in markets such as the United Kingdom. To date, several Canadian licensed producers have signed exclusive agreements with Remexian to distribute their medical cannabis products in Germany.

Queen of Bud’s elegant and innovative cannabis products are made from hand-trimmed, hang-dried high-quality cannabis cultivars.
Grasscity
Founded in 2000, Grasscity is the world’s oldest online headshop. From humble beginnings in Amsterdam, Grasscity is now one of the world’s largest online retailers of consumption accessories, with page views exceeding 17.5 million and over 61,000 orders shipped in 2024. In the same year, Grasscity.com also saw over 1.4 million unique users visiting its cannabis-related forums. With the growth of its e-commerce platform, it has cultivated an impressive online following, with more than 2.52 million newsletter subscribers and over 282,000 followers on social media. Grasscity also boasts over 67,000 verified customer reviews on its platform, and its committed following and deep reach into the North American and European markets mean that our original e-commerce platform is well-positioned to service an expanding customer base into the future.
