In 2021, our flagship bricks-and-mortar retail brand, Canna Cabana, became the first cannabis discount club retailer in the world. Today, Canna Cabana is the largest cannabis retailer in Canada, and with over 220 locations, is the second-largest cannabis retail brand globally.
In September 2025, we expanded into Europe through the acquisition of a majority stake in Remexian Pharma GmbH, one of Germany’s leading importers and distributors of medical cannabis, creating a global cannabis platform that spans retail, medical cannabis distribution, and e-commerce across North America and Europe.
Our hemp-derived CBD subsidiary, NuLeaf Naturals, is well positioned to take advantage of the ongoing pilot project in the United States, being administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Together, these retail and distribution channels provide access to layered consumer insights across our cannabis ecosystem and support our disciplined approach to organic growth and accretive mergers and acquisitions.
